Flu and Oregano

Hi C-M,

 

I've made my own natural hand sanitizer - base of purified water/aloe vera

gel/honey (equal parts water/aloe/2% honey). The essential oils are:

lavender 55%, tea tree 30%, backhousia 10%, oregano 3%, clove 2%. The

dilution ratio of base to essential oils is 90/10. The aloe and honey make

it a little less drying and easier on skin. I carry it in a spritzer bottle

(gently pat dry with paper towel or cloth) and also use it on surfaces if I

think I need to.

I keep a small bottle of Purell sanitizing hand cleaner in my car .A small

bottle to which I have added oregano EO.

I can sniff it, clean my hands with it.

Do it about every time I go to a place were there where more than two

people.
