Guest guest Posted September 12, 2009 Report Share Posted September 12, 2009 You would benefit from taking Co Q 10 (60mg), selenium, grape seed extract, vitamin a (25,000 IU), vitamin C (1,000-2,500), vitamin E (200 IU) and zinc (45-80 mg). I also read that fresh blueberries, ginkgo biloba extract and bilberry extract help halt the loss of vision. You should be eating lots of leafy greens and broccoli and avoiding fatty fried foods and roasted nuts. Give me a call if you like.
