Howdy Anya .. other good folks ..

It has taken me a while to be able to get to these nice replies from the

News Groups. Immediately after making my announcement lots of good folks

apparently decided to do their best to shorten the time John and I plan to

spend on the joint stock inventory .. and thanking them I am for sure. I

have processed more orders in the last three days than I normally do in two

weeks .. my folks in MD are working overtime this weekend to get them out.

:-)

They'll also be working like mad next week because John and I will be

there. I already told them that they'll be allowed one latrine break in

the morning and one in the afternoon and if they miss the morning they just

gotta hold on till the afternoon. They took it in stride and were even

grinning like Cheshire Cats. John is a much easier going feller than I am

so I expect their joy at not having to work for this old soldier much longer

overcame any objections they might have had. ;-)

Back at the ranch .. I want to start my post by saying thanks to all the

good folks who have supported my company over the years .. I appreciate you

and wish you well. To those who have not yet purchased from AVNP .. you

still have time to correct that situation. ;-)

Thank you ma'am. Actually, I'll probably still be on board on 31 December

... but as a consultant. I promised John I'd hang in there while he gets

comfortable with the scope of our operations .. plus he is going to be tied

up with some technological improvements to some systems .. to include

automation of stock control and such. At the same time, now that I will

be doing less of the leg work I will (I hope) have time to sit back and

reflect on how I would have done things if I had had more time .. something

like an Organizational Effectiveness Review .. something we all should do

but its that old story about draining the swamp while the alligators are

snapping and such. ;-)

Speaking of swamps .. my cousin has a big one on his farm. During the

Spring Wild Turkey season its dry enough to go in .. and that's where the

big Gobblers hang out .. but we don't go in then because during that period

its also where the big Copperheads, Rattlesnakes and Cottonmouths hang out.

;-) During the Fall and Winter Deer Hunt that is where the big Buck Deer

hang out .. the swamp gets wet and most of the snakes go to sleep .. but

you can sink up to your knees if you step in the wrong place .. so I just

bought a winch for my all terrain vehicle and that way its all gonna work

out .. probably. ;-)

>> So .. who will be the new owner of AVNP?* *John Croskey! A man I have

>> known for many years .. a good customer and friend. He and his wife,

>> Heidi, own and operate a successful natural products company in PA. He

has

>> done much to turn the heads of many Young Living followers. I trust and

>> respect John. In a few days he will introduce himself.

> When I spoke with you last month and you mentioned he was coming down

> for a visit, I had a pretty good idea this was the reason. Great news!

Thankee ma'am. John is a good person .. as is his wife, Heidi, and his two

children .. John and Mary. I am more than convinced that he will make

improvements to AVNP without lowering standards. Too often automation takes

a lot from the personal relationships sellers develop with customers.

>> This is not Sayonara .. just a heads up notification. I'll be around for

a

>> while longer and available to continue to answer off line questions. Even

>> after I decide to no longer be around for everybody .. I will still be

>> around for the many loyal customers and friends who are the real reasons

I

>> had the opportunity to build AVNP into a successful and credible company.

>> I appreciate you all.

> Take care and most of all, have fun :-)

Thank you ma'am .. appreciated. I'll be heading out to Friendsville at

Zero Light Thirty Monday morning .. and taking two of those So Cute They Can

Steal Your Heart Away 8 week old Lab pups with me .. John gets them free.

;-)

If any of you folks live near Friendsville, MD .. which is just off Highway

68 in that little finger between WV and PA .. and you want a Puppy .. gimme

a holler and I'll bring one for you too. ;-)
