No more than 3% is recommended. But sometimes it might be closer to 2%. If blending for use on the face only about a 1% or less blend should be used. And if concentrating on One Muscle some massage therapists may increase the blend to 5% to even 10% but this is a very, very rare situation and should be avoided unless you are very welled trained in the use of essential oils. To be on the safe side - use 2-3% for most massage blends.
