Hi Posey and others,

In my haste and brought to my attention via private email, I forgot to state

that the percentages used ALSO depends on the essential oils being used in the

blend.

If in doubt it is a good idea to use Plant Aromatics by Martin Watt. He has

the information you need.

We reference his book often for safe use and more concerning the proper use of

essential oils. Anyone serious in Aromatherapy and the use of essential oils

should not be without this manual.

Again, please remember - less essential oils is often times the better choice.

Yours in Aromatherapy,

Penny

avoided unless you are very welled trained in the use of essential oils.
