Guest guest
Well, probably salt, anything real yang, spicy, greasy. You don't want to take herbs that will exacerbate the condition. For example, Ren Shen ginseng has a more yang property than American Ginseng, which is much more cooling and yin. Salt retains water, which increases volume, hence pressure on the vessels. Potassium counteracts Salt. - " sju59 " <sju59 Friday, November 06, 2009 9:27 PM Re: systolic blood pressure- what to avoid > What are the food/herbs to avoid with BP? > > Thank you, > > Salma > > , " Mercurius Trismegistus " > <magisterium_magnum wrote: >> >> Garlic, cayenne and hawthorne.
