Put a stick or something else to stand up.  And put plastic bags  on the stick

or table so they will use the bags.  Maybe a sign Doggie poop bags dispose used

bag at YOUR home.

 

When I was still showing my dogs, there was nothing worse than walking on a pile

of poop.  The excuses were unreal.  I didn't bring a flash light, for my

baggie(I'd give them a bag), I'm running late will miss the dogs class the best,

I don't clean up after my dog it's a public place.  Go figure.  It use to tick

me off!
