Nan, do you have any idea what the %age dilution the vanilla that you have is? I've used our Vanilla CO2 10% in a lip balm...the intensity of the fragrance is really a function of how much you are using.. you could actually use the diluted vanilla as the total oil content.. it's not, I don't think, about the quality as much as it is the %age of true vanilla you are using.
