anyone familiar working with isopropyl ministrate? I need to make a formula

I want to make a headache rub, using peppermint EO, Lavender EO, and isopropyl

ministrate, but don't have a recipe and not sure of ratios I should try. I have

never used this before. Any help would be appreciated.
