Currently we are using Quickbooks 2008 but are thinking about either upgrading to QB Enterprise Solutions or just hanging in there for a bit longer with our current QB 2008. Any comments? Unless you need more than 5 people working on your accounts at the same time then Pro or Premiere will handle almost anything you can throw at it. You can get unlimited tech support if you get one of your accounting staff to be signed up for the " ProAdvisor " program. After talking with our account, other EO companies and several other business owners, we are moving forward with QuickBooks Premier Manufacturing. The enterpirse edition is overkill and very costly. The people at QBs almost had me convenced that I needed the enterprise edition; glad I talked to others in the business. Selecting the software was the first step then there is setting it up. We have learned how to set up the program to monitor our inventory and we can monitor Oils as well as bottles, caps, labels and anything else associated with the products we offer. Now that I am seeing how it works I am looking forward to completing the setup and if your product line is as large as ours you are looking at a month for setup time. Another reason we went with QuickBooks is we use Cart32 for our shopping cart (coming on line soon) and the two programs will intergrate so all invoices generated on the cart will easly upload into the cart.
