Oils For Allergies and Nasal Polyps ??

I am not sure about anybody else, but I burn an essential oil candle

(or put it in a warmer, that's even better) of Eucalyptus oil &

Peppermint. This helps to open up the nasal passages like you would not believe.

Only essential oils and the purer the better.

Of course, a diffuser would also work - you have to be careful of

animals in your home (Birds, cats, dogs) as I think some oils are

harmful if inhaled in large quantities, but I can't find exactly what

quantities so I'm not sure.

It does work, I do it all the time.

Hope this helps!

I have allergies to molds, dust, dust mites and pollen. I also have nasal

polyps. Lately I have been very stuffy and I feel like my nasal polyps are

coming back. I don't want to have another surgery to get them taken out. So I

was wondering would essential oils, by inhaling them have any healing benefits?

In the essential oils book that I have it says for stuffy nose use tea tree or

rosemary. Would anyone here recommend using the same or something different? And

how would I use it. I do have jojoba oil that I could use for a base if needed.

Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks, Jenifer

Just a suggestion here. If you have any pets you're concerned with, consider one

of those aromatherapy necklaces. It keeps the EO's where you need it most

instead of all over your house/room.
