Guest guest
I made an oil for my friend who had toenail fungus. I steeped horsetail (Equisetum arvense) in olive oil, strained it, then added lavender and tea trees EOs, just a few drops of each to about an ounce of oil. He applied a couple of drops of the oil to the affected nail in the morning and at night. He reported amazing results. There was an Italian study ( " Improvement of psoriatic onychodystrophy by a water-soluble nail lacquer " ) that included horsetail extract along with a couple of other compounds to treat psoriasis of the nails. The treatment " proved to be effective in decreasing signs and symptoms of nail dystrophy in psoriatic patients. " Neal O'B.
