you can use a potato press. I think that is the correct name. I know a couple

people who use it, I go one at a garage sale. I don't normally squeeze out the

herb I infused. I tried it an don't find it to be efficient enough to bother

with.

 

Actually, I stopped " squeezing out " the herb when I am decanting. I just never

got that much out to make that part of the process worth the time and mess. But

I think I am in the minority with this one!
