This is our 14th Annual Turkish Rose Absolute Sale .. and to date we have NEVER

had a dissatisfied buyer!

 

I want to make it clear that this sale is for Solvent Extracted Rose Absolute ..

NOT .. Hydro Steam Distilled Rose Otto.

 

Since 1995, we have offered 15 buys of Turkish Rose Otto .. this is our 14th

Annual Sale of Rose Absolute because I sold AVNP on 1 October 2009 so we had

none in 2009 .. the last Rose Absolute Bulk Sale we offered y'all was in late

2008. You bought a lot and as always everyone who purchased was happy and

grinning like a Cheshire Cat. It will be no different this time.

 

This Turkish Rose Absolute, 2009 Crop .. was grown and produced by the same

second generation grower/producer I have used since 1995 .. a good friend and a

Master Distiller. This product has had 6 months to mellow .. we do not sell

fresh Rose Absolute and we will not make another offer this year.

 

We are able to offer this product for less than other sellers because, as has

always been the case with our Bulk Pre Buys .. bulk purchasing and shipping

gives us a much lower cost from Still to the U.S.A. and our Customs Fees, Broker

Processing, Freight Forwarding Fees, etc., charges are little different for 5

kilos or 50 kilos.

 

A kilogram of TESTED for Quality and Purity Turkish Rose Absolute from any

source you can find will be from $290 to $550 MORE than what we are offering

below .. but I have purchased hundreds kilos from my source over the years and

he knows I am a valuable distributor .. so I get some breaks. ;-)

The amount I purchase must be locked in NOT LATER THAN Midnight, Sunday, 28

February 2010 .. I will make our order on Monday morning, 1 March 2010 and do a

bank to bank cash transfer to the producer the same day.

 

There can be NO EXTENSIONS for this order .. and if the amount on hold for us is

sold prior to the end of the above period .. the sale will be closed at that

time. This has happened a few times in the past .. so waiting is not always a

good idea.

 

Based on past experience, I will forecast that the product will be in our hands

within 14 - 20 days of my order .. the exact time depends on the bureaucrats at

both Turkish and U.S. Customs and how long the security folks play with the

order.

are even below those for the last sale. Why is that? Because we buy in Euros

and the currency exchange rate has improved in favor of the U.S. Dollar. There

EU will not do something real smart and Washington will not do something real

dumb between now and the end of February. I think its a safe bet that neither

of these things will happen before April .. at the earliest. ;-)

front and we must protect our company. We can not make a Bulk Order based on

promises because Stuff Happens and sometimes folks find that they can no longer

take what they committed to take during better times .. that would result in us

along AFTER the cut off and asked to buy product .. their reasons for

being late are almost always valid and I feel for them but we are rarely able to

AGAIN, I GUARANTEE that these prices are lower than anyone out and about now and

even lower than the untested oils offered by some clearing houses.

 

How much will we pay for Rose Absolute from the 2010 Crop that will be produced

this summer? Nobody knows what we must pay a year from now .. not even the

growers/producers. Will the price be lower than it is this year? Odds of

seeing $1.39 gasoline again .. or pigs flying over Mecca .. are (in my opinion)

better than are the odds of this happening. It appears as if the U.S. Congress

has plans to bankrupt the U.S.A. so that should impact the exchange rates.

 

I recommend that prior to contacting us, you shop around and see what others are

asking for this product. I can't imagine a better marketing strategy than

asking folks to do that first.

 

I also recommend that you not wait too long to do this. ;-)

PS: Odds are good that John Croskey (the new owner of AVNP) and I will take a

trip to the Rose Fields in Isparta, Turkey this summer. After visiting there

each year during the 19 + years of my last trip to Turkey .. I've not been since

I left Turkey in the summer of 2007. I miss my second home. If the trip comes

off we plan to also

stop off in the UK to visit a grower/distiller friend there.
