Guest guest
My son has been diagnosed with depression and my step son has been diagnosed with Bi Polar. In my reading, I have found several recipes for depression but, none for Bi Polar. Are there any out there?? If so, is there a book out there that someone could suggest for me to read?? I don't want to put anyone in a bad position by asking for the recipe but, I would appreciate the suggestion to send me in the right direction for a book that will get me going in the right direction. He appreciates the candles I have made for him and has even tried a shower treatment for depression that I made for my son's depression so, I'd like to help him out a little. Thanks, Edwina

Guest guest
Hi Edwina, I don't have a lot on specifics for essential oil suggestions, but you may need two preparations for your son, as he has both ups and downs--I've had people close to me who have had bipolar disorder, and it seemed it was one part of the condition happening at a time, not both up and down at once, so you might need one for depressive times and one for manic times. If you look at it with that in mind, it might help your research make more sense and give you more of a path to follow as you look for the answers you need.
