Guest guest
Good day... I think everyone should have 1 or 2 Flax bags on hand. They are fantastic for the body.I like mine cold for a headache, the wt alone feels good for a headache when layed on the forehead, and over the eyes....hot for sore muscles, or just to use in the winter when getting into a cool bed. I too have made them for years, and it is best to make them with a washable cover " for sure " , I use flannel because it is extra soft and nice. If using only oils,I would put in on after it comes out of the microwave. Maybe sell little bottles of choice of EO for person to choose. This will not last, it wont last inside the bag with the flax either. For sure not everyone likes the smell of the heated herbs. I make headache herb bags, bags for sleeping and bags for aches and pains and just the plain too. They are good sellers. They are also very quick and easy to make. I cut out enough pieces for " many " bags and it saves a lot of time. Once you use them, you are hooked! Colleen
Guest guest
There is only one problem: how do you warm the things up without a microwave? I don't have one and I don't want one. Ien in the Kootenays, bathed in wifi waves, but that is for a good cause. http://freegreenliving.com http://backyardbusiness.info
Guest guest
simple answer: Wrap it aluminum and put it in the oven. Will take longer and you will have to make sure it doesn't stay in too long. Not having done it myself I don't know the duration. BUT, if you do this, would love to know how long it takes.
