Guest guest
Hi, Thanks for the info. So you do not heat your bags, you use them cold? Do you only put Flax seeds in it, what do you use for the sleep bag and the others? I want to cut down on the meds that I have been taking, so I am having problems sleeping, headaches, and sever pain in my leg due to an accident 15 years ago. Acupuncture has reduced the pain about 95%, but if I can find something to compliment the treatments it will be a bonus. Thanks, Robert > There is only one problem: how do you warm the things up > without a microwave? Guest guest
Hey Robert. You can heat them or freeze them. Most of us who use them keep one in the freezer and one laying around for heating. I personally, am fond of the whole wheat berries. I found they held the heat better. People use all sort of things to stuff them with. Flax seeds, herbs, corn cobs, cherry pits, rice and so much more. Hope that helps and hope they help!
