Penny,

Great info on neck wraps. How much lavender bud to how much other

stuff goes into one? Does the amount of lavender bud relative to the

flax seed, wheat berry, etc. make a difference with how much fragrance

there is? one cup lavender bud to 5 cups flax? I need to try making

one of these!

Thx,

Debbie

Hi Debbie,

Sorry, it has taken me a few days to get you an answer.

Technically, it is a personal preference as to how much of each ingredient you

want to use.

I pretty much blend 1 cup of each ingredient - see how it looks and feels in my

hand and then adjust.

Of course, I won't tell you my exact recipe since we make these to sell, but I

suggest you use more rice or wheat berries since they are less expensive then

the other ingredients. Lavender buds can be pretty expensive.

And Flax seeds aren't cheap. You might want to check with your local health

food store and have them save any they can't sell for food when they get close

to being outdated. Even though you can't eat them you could still use them for

the neck bags.

Have fun!
