Guest guest
Hi All, Love hearing all about Spring planting. Here in Northeastern Minnesota we still have 12 inches of snow on the ground (which is frozen rock solid!) and just now are the Deer moving out of their winter feeding grounds. We have had 3 beautiful ones visiting our Bird feeders this past week. Along with a newly awakened racoon. The snow is melting and we anticipate we will see bare ground within a week or so :-). It is clear under some of the trees in our yard!! Although they are predicting some 'wintery mix' tonight through early this next week. We know Spring is getting close. Yippee!! Still dreaming of Spring! How Lovely!! I don't plant a garden anymore as we don't have an outdoor doggie and there are too many wild critters that would eat it! Now if I did garden - all those peas and cole crops wouldn't even go in the ground until almost May 1st - two months later than you folks! And where we live - the danger of frost exists til near the end of May too! Until Spring is closer - I'll stay snug and warm inside - watching the deer raid my bird feeders!! ;-) Penny Your One Stop Aromatherapy Shop!
