One that covers bare bones catastrophic hospital costs, like post-car accident surgery, AND wholistic care (which is way cheaper as a rule) for diseases? One that would for instance rule out certain outrageously expensive Cancer treatments. Or organ transplants. If you need those, look elsewhere. Hey, just brain storming here.
