Guest guest
Hi Ien, It doesn't. I was going to reply to Merinda on this, but thought there were so many messages on the American bill I wouldn't add to them. When Medicare was being put together the dentists refused to be part of it. One wonders if they regret that now. People who have health care cards have access to subsidised dental, and it is differs from state to state. Although someone did tell me if you have a chronic health condition (cancer etc) there is money available from Medicare (up to $10,00 I believe) which you can apply for through your GP. Virginia West Aussie Merinda, I love that Australia has dental care included in the system! It makes no sense at all to leave it out. Unfortunately that is the case in Canada.
