non-sticky emulsifier?

Does anyone have a suggestion for an emulsifier for skin lotion that does not

have the drag or sticky feeling that ewax has? I've also tried beeswas, and

lecithin, but that was pretty sticky as well.

 

I've read the ingredients on a Weleda face lotion, and it looks like maybe they

use alcohol to emulsify? Is this possible? I'd love to find out how that is

possible. Some Dr. Hauschka lotions are wonderfully light feeling as well.
