It is used for pets in Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine to treat " inflammation and issues involving fear " . I know a vet who gets it from a company called Jing Tang. You have to be a vet to sign up with them and view detailed product sheets. The ingredients are: Bu Gu Zhi Dan Shen Dang Gui Di Gu Pi Du Huo Du Zhong Gu Sui Bu Huang Bai Mu Dan Pi Qin Jiao Sheng Di Huang Shu Di Huang Ze Xie Tim Sharpe
