I heard a saying from a friend who heard it from a well known teacher a few years ago: 'patients are lying *#$#$@!!'. Come on, laugh a little there - while asking questions is important, it's only one of four of your tools for diagnosis, and patients are often frustrated and confused at times - so you need to be very careful to throw out tongue and pulse just based on the patients report.
