one of my best teachers, a great perceiver and analyzer of diagnostic themes in

patient cases, also had a saying: patients are always lying, and they're always

telling the truth. lynn

your tools for diagnosis, and patients are often frustrated and

confused at times - so you need to be very careful to throw out tongue

and pulse just based on the patients report.
