RE: Chinese Medical Textbook Piracy?

Dear group,

 

I have a peeve that I would like to express: PLEASE when your post is not

about the same topic as the original subject you are commenting about, change

the subject heading! I will explain why. Though one may not necessarily be

affected by or relate to the initial topic, the tangent might be quite relevant

and interesting to them.

 

Just as an example look at the current thread: Absolutely, piracy of medical

textbook is something that we need to address and concern ourselves with,

particularly in our institutions, but that has nothing to do with what the

dropout rate is from our schools. Yet, the name of the initial thread was not

changed. What a shame it is that someone who has something to say, might never

even read a given post because they think that the topic is something that they

aren't interested in.
