Anyone treated impotence with Epidemium before 1993?

I've been hired as an expert witness in a drug patent case between two

large pharmaceutical companies (I can't disclose the names), and one

of my jobs is to find a professional practitioner of Chinese medicine

who is willing to say they treated at least one case of erectile

dysfunction (ED, impotence) with Yin Yang Huo/Xian Ling Pi (Herba

Epimedii) prior to 1993. The Yin Yang Huo may have been part of a

complex formula. The more cases of ED treated with Yin Yang Huo the

better. This is a well-heeld client. Money is not an object. So you

would be compensated for any time involved, such as for a deposition

or the creation of a notarized affadavit. But the case or cases have

to be before 1993.

Don't worry, this case will only benefit our profession if won by my

employer. It will help make sure that Epimedium does not get taken

away from us via patenting of its main active ingredient by Big

Pharma. 1993 is when something had to have been in common use to

prevent someone else from patenting that thing.
