Guest guest Posted January 10, 2007 Report Share Posted January 10, 2007 heart qi deficiency present with bi syndrome - imo, sounds a lot like sequelae of rheumatic fever. if someone had rf with carditis, they may have valvular damage. valvular regurgitation leads to decreased contractility, thus decreased cardiac output. these folks will be prone 2 both cardiac and rheumatic recurrences. any other ideas? For example " liver qi stagnation with mental uneasiness type " . Try finding that in any English text, or any Chinese medical dictionary.
