Uploading files to CHA Files Area for access by CHA Members

Uploading files, graphics, etc to CHA Files area is easy.

 

To access the CHA FILES AREA, you need a Account to log your

self-chosen ID and Password. If you have not a ID & Password, you

may register these at http://www./ by clicking on the Mail or

Messenger icon.

 

[Once you have registered your ID & Password, you need not USE the

Mail or Messenger facilities if you wish not to]

Then LOGIN to the CHA Files area at:

http://health.

 

To UPLOAD a file, click on the CHA Directory that you want to use. For

example to upload a file to the SINGLE HERBS area, click on the LINK

(Blue Text) to _Single Herbs & Extracts

 

That will return the relevant page.

 

Then click, as desired, on one of the following links [in blue text on middle-

right of screen]: Add File | Create Text File | Create Folder

 

Then follow the directions on screen.
