Was Hep C and Interferon; Now Patent Medicines

Do people still have that conception of the term? Many people use the

term 'dog and pony show' and have no idea of where it comes from and

wouldn't use it in public if they did, but modern parlance changes the

original meanings and IMO don't think we have to be too upset about it.
