it seems that the only way to avoid posting all the previous material is to hit

the " reply via

web post " button and delete unnecessary material.

 

is that correct? or is there a more direct way.

 

I receive posts via daily diary, I don't know if that makes a difference.

No. You can do either a straight reply (from your mail program) OR a reply via

web post. Either way, delete the extraneous material. This is especially

important if you to a digest. Otherwise, the reply will include the

text of up to 25 posts.

I simply hit " rpely. " Then, in the message space, I block and then

delete everything else people have failed to delete previously. Very

simple, no problem.
