Guest guest
Hello All, I, too, have been remiss in reintroducing myself. I studied biochemistry as an undergraduate and graduate student a million years ago, and attended PCOM a few years back. During and after my studies I interned with for a number of years. This was invaluable, as I learned everything from treatment and Chinese medical philosophy to practice management. That is, he taught me all the stuff I didn't learn in school! I strongly recommend that all graduates find someone to intern with and stick with it for a while, too bad they can't all be as great as Z'ev. This last year I did an internship with Richard Tan and learned astoundingly effective ways to treat pain. I have incorporated much of what I learned into my practice. My friends refer to me as a modified 'Z'ev-ite'. My practice is in La Jolla, California. I have an ocean view from my office, and at present I live around the corner. My patients are wonderful people whose company I enjoy. I am lucky to have found a way to make a living that at once consumes and nourishes me. I have 3 children, two of whom are in college, one in junior high, two dogs, and a cat. I am a happy camper. Thankyou to you all for allowing me insights into the ways you practice and how you solve problems. It is invaluable. Beata Booth
