The company, Office Ally, will do your electronic billing, whether or not you use their practice management software (pms). With most pms you can upload your data for electronic billing through a clearinghouse, like Office Ally. Office Ally offers this service at no charge. Also, they have their own pms that streamlines the billing process and it's free, too. You can even use their software for your calendar. The main downside, as I see it, is that your data is only available online. You can download some info to excel or pdf, if you like. Their pms has been rather easy to learn. It's a little more complex than what I used to use (Acubase) seemingly because it's more accurate in its accounting. They have good support. Their pms is new so it needs some improvement, but the staff is receptive to suggestions. I don't have any financial interest in this company, I just wanted to let people know about it.
