Guest guest Posted July 3, 2007 Report Share Posted July 3, 2007 OK - as an aside here... for some reason I've been seeing patients lately and had a thought in the back of my mind 'I wonder if this is that damp heat yin xu fire stuff that Li Dong Yuan was talking about'. Since it's being kicked about, have others been seeing it as well? I wonder what that Taoist calendar thing would say about the major elemental influences for this year are? My teacher in school used to say for particular patients 'they have stomach damp steaming face' (I think that's the direct translation from Chinese and not sure what 'we' would normally call it) and I wonder if that's a Li Dong Yuan concept.
