alcoholism medical rehab facilities

Hello everyone,

 

I have a patient who is in urgent need of entering a rehab facility

for alcoholism. He has been an alcoholic for 40 years and a few days

ago didn't have a drink for about 14 hours and began detoxing with

tremors that led to seizures and hallucinations (audio and visual).

He entered critical care in the hospital shortly after and has been

there for about 3 days. On thursday they want to release him from the

hospital and his family has asked me to put the word out to see if

anyone knows of any - holistic alcohol rehab facilities.

His brain cells have suffered some serious trauma and he will be in

need of physical rehab as well. He has a hard time coordinating fine

movements.

 

Any suggestions for facilities would be greatly appreciated.

 

He is located in North Carolina, but they are willing to transport

him anywhere in the country.

Depending on how much money they have they can look at Prometa, which we do at

our office. It is great in repairing the brain and taking care of craving. He

will also need long term care. Tell him to look at a book by Richard Gracer MD
