Guest guest
I wonder if any of you have an effective empirical treatment for a women in early stages of menopause who is experience feelings of heat in the head. I sort of frame it as a rising evil yang condition and am trying a formula based on Er xian Tang (curculigo combination). Acupuncture has been GV 20, Li 4, Li 11, Kid3, spl 6. After one treatment no change in her condition. She is not a deficient type, in fact quite energetic. Makes a point of swimming each day in the Northern California ocean -- temperature in the 65 f. range. She said this symptom was occuring before swimming in the ocean and thinks that the cold water may be helping.
