Guest guest
The potential for them to screw up is pretty high, considering their history. Hmmm, maybe they can come up with a beverage that treats the diabetes caused by Coca Cola. , Carl Stimson <carlstimson wrote: > > http://www.pr-inside.com/the-coca-cola-company-steps-up-innovation-r245490.htm > > > > > ______________________________\ ____ > Looking for a deal? Guest guest
Not that this has much to do with TCM but Nestle has a big part of the bottled water market in China. Coca Cola may be looking for an angle that will allow them to control part of the market that has little to do with the medicine. I can imagine the money they are putting into the Academy is minor compared to their marketing budget yet it is relatively high profile. Such as this article shows. Herbal beverages are common in Chinese 7-11s and supermarkets, and I wouldn't be surprised if the sales of qing cao summerheat teas and american ginseng drinks rivals the sales of soft drinks and water in some markets. Currently, all the companies producing those drinks are domestic Chinese companies, so Coca Cola may be looking to penetrate that side of China's large domestic market.
