Guest guest
Has anyone on the list, or anyone you know, had any luck treating Community Associated Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus using herbs and/or acupuncture? I have a patient with this who has resigned herself to the ongoing outbreaks, which is heartbreaking. More heartbreaking is that this patient doesn't seem to have any concept of personal hygiene. We've spoken several times about the importance of washing her hands, keeping open wounds covered, not sharing personal items and avoiding others' open wounds. Her case is complicated because she is a submissive in dominant/submissive relationships and feels she can't speak up for herself to the dominant.
