date and I'm not sure if it was ever updated. But here it is:

This list was drawn up by Bob with suggestions from CHA members. As far as I

know, no

(qualified or not) CHA member has " self-nominated " him or her self for the list.

Neither I

nor CHA endorses anyone (other than our own choices). Which is basically to say

that I am

not going to be put in the position of moderating who is qualified to be on the

list. This is

rather awkward and I don't know how to resolve it.

 

At the same time Andy Seplow and Amy Lee wrote me saying that while Isaac Cohen

is no

longer practicing they " now treat many of his former patients using protocols

developed

by Isaac " .
