Guest guest
I just had a woman call and ask me about this herb, and what the general consensus was within the TCM community on using it. It was part of a formula, the other herbs were: Che Qian Zi, and Fu Ling. They were all powdered herbs (not extracts). I am not big on using the animal based herbs, and am not even sure where one would get it. Anyway, I told her it should be used with a lot of caution, informed her of the possible side-effects, and consequently scared her off of it. She never told me what she was being treated for. What do other people think about the use of this herb? Sean
Guest guest
Pine Street is a reliable source of information. This is a paper on cancer and the formula Hua Chan Su which contains Chan Su. I'm not sure it can be legally obtained here.
