Please see the notice below for the 2008 BEVAS TCM Herbal Course,

starting on January 10, 2008, in Hasselt, Belgium.

 

Veterinary colleagues who want to take this course should reserve a place

immediately because 50 participants is the maximum possible.

 

Having taken this course some years ago, I recommend it highly. Drs Jim

Skoien & Emiel van den Bosch are great teachers and make the course

interesting and practical.

 

A working knowledge of acupuncture / TCM principles is essential if you are

to get the most out of this course.

We invite you to attend our second course in Chinese Herbal Medicine.

Program: Study of single herbs

                Study of classical and adapted formulas

                Study of most frequent disease patterns

 

Jim Skoien and Emiel Van den Bosch will teach six sessions in total:

 

Session 1: Thursday 10 until Sunday 13 January 2008

Gastrointestinal disorders

 

Session 2: Thursday 26 until Sunday 29 June 2008

Respiratory disorders

 

We plan 2 or 3 sessions per year on dates to be discussed with participants.

Please ask for a travel-plan if you need it. All public bus transport in Hasselt

city is free. The hotel is on walking distance of the train station, which

connects with Antwerp, Brussels airport and Charleroi airport.

 

Price reduction for participants of the course

 

Costs per session: 550 EUR  for IVAS members, 650 EUR for non IVAS members

 

Colleagues who followed the first herbal course can join the class for a

minimum price.
