You can improve this translation bu copying it into Wenlin. http://tinyurl.com/3cqaxk says: HT & SP Xu: Anxiety, frequent sorrow wo obvious causes, unreasonable suspicion / fear, palpitation & irritability, insomnia, decreased appetite, fatigue, thin white tongue coating & feeble pulse; TxP: Reinforce HT & SP, Nourish Xue & reinforce Qi; Use Guipi Tang Modified (1): GANCAO 3g, YUANZHI 6g, Baizhu 12g, Fuling 9g, Huangqi 9g, Longyanrou 6g, Suanzaoren 6g, Renshen 6g, Muxiang 9g, Danggui 9g, Yujin 8g; Also: HT Qixu: Anxiety, palpitation, restlessness, insomnia, terror dreams, excessive fear, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, sweat, thin white tongue coating & feeble pulse; TxP: Reinforce HT Qi & Calm Shen; use: Dingzhi Wan Modified: GANCAO 3g, YUANZHI 9g, Renshen 6g, Fuling 15g, Shichangpu 6g, Suanzaoren 6g, Wuweizi 6g; Also: HT-KI Disharmony: Anxiety, palpitation, forgetfulness, dizziness, tinnitus (ringing in ears), feverish sensation in palms & soles, restlessness, poor sleep, red tongue & thin rapid pulse; TxP: Regain harmony between HT & KI; use: Tianwang Buxin Dan Modified: GANCAO 3g, YUANZHI 9g, Shengdi 12g, Fuling 15g, Longyanrou 9g, Suanzaoren 6g, Renshen 6g, Danggui 12g, Xuanshen 9g, Wuweizi 6g, Tiandong 6g, Danshen 9g; http://tinyurl.com/2og9kw says: HT & SP Xu: Anorexia may cause a Xu of HT & SP, which in turn may cause a fast HTbeat, poor memory, general lazziness, a pale comlexion & loose faeces; tongue is usually pale, w a thin white coating, while pulse is feeble & thready; TxP: HM helps reinforce HT & SP, Nourish Xue & Calm Shen; use: Guipi Tang Modified (2): YUANZHI 3g, GANCAO 8g, Baizhu 30g, Fuling 30g, Huangqi 30g, Longyanrou 30g, Suanzaoren 30g, Renshen 15g, Muxiang 15g, Danggui 3g; Also: Qizhi & ST Heat: Anorexia / bulimia w palpitation (noticeable / irregular HT beat), easily frightened patient, restlessness, dream- disturbed sleep that often wakens patient, thin white tongue coating, rapid thready pulse; TxP: Calm HT & mind & sedate patient; use: Modified Zhusha Anshen Wan: GANCAO 16g, YUANZHI 9g; Zhusha [bANNED] 15g, Zhizi 9g, Huanglian 9g, Shengdihuang 8g, Danggui 9g, Wuweizi 9g; In HT Xu + Qixu, use Hbs to Tone HT & Nourish Qi: Renshen + YUANZHI, Longyanrou & ZhiGANCAO; Guipi Wan (Activate SP ( & Nourish HT) Pill): Baizhu, Fuling, Huangqi, Longyanrou, Suanzaoren, Renshen, Muxiang, GANCAO, Danggui, YUANZHI; Tone Qi & Tone Xue; (2) Strengthen SP & HT; Dual SP-KI Xu & Weakness, Qixu & Xuexu, metrorrhagia, leukorrhagia, subcutaneous bleeding dt failure of SP to keep Xue circulating within Vessels*; HT Xuexu w HT not Housing Shen (palpitation, insomnia, anxiety, nightmares, sweat~ night); Xuexu w HT Yang flowing out (sweat~ night); SP Qixu & weakness (lassitude, appetite~ poor); Xuexu + Qixu (face sallow, T: pale w Fur thin & white; P: thready & weak pulse); SP Qixu & weakness w SP not controlling Xue (cycle~ short, menses w increased Xue volume light red in color; Functional uterine bleeding); Applications: menses~ irregular, metrorrhagia, functional uterine bleeding, anemia & neurasthenia; Digestive & Aid Absorption, Strengthen metabolism, consolidate constitution by Nourish body, Rectify / Calm Brainh / cerebrum, Boost ST-SI-LI peristalsis; Ease Diarrhoea; modify to Tx autonomic DysFxs, menopausal Pattern, cardiac neurosis, insomnia, amnesia, anemia, thrombocytopenia, hypoproteinemia, chronic gastroenteritis, nervous gastritis, uterine functional bleeding that are ascribed to Insufficiency of both SP & HT; Dose: 8 X 160mg pills /dose TID Guipi Tang (Activate SP ( & Nourish HT) Dec): GANCAO 8g; YUANZHI 3g; Huangqi 30g; Renshen 15g; Baizhu 30g; Fuling 30g; Longyanrou 30g; Danggui 3g; Muxiang 15g; Suanzaoren 30g; Tone Xue; Tone Qi; in HT Xuexu + HT Qixu & SP Xu Tx Alzheimer's disease / senile dementia by Rectify & Nourish HT & KI: in HT Qi Insufficiency, use formula to Rectify HT: GANCAO, YUANZHI, Dangshen, Fuling & Shichangpu; in KI Yinxu & failure, use formula to Tone KI: Tiandong, Maidong, Shengdi, Shudi & Shanzhuyurou to Tx schizophrenia dt Phlegm Qizhi: S & Ss: depression, expression~ apathetic, reticence, dementia, incoherent speech / muttering to oneself, changeable moods, no sense of hygiene, no desire for food, red tongue w greasy & white coating & wiry & smooth pulse; TxP: Rectify Qi, alleviate depression, Resolve Phlegm & restore consciousness; Formula: Shunqi Daotan Tang Jiajian (Rectify Qi & Lead Out Phlegm Dec (Modified): YUANZHI 10g, GANCAO 6g, Chenpi 10g, Banxia (Zhi) 10g, Fuling 10g, Dannanxing 10g, Zhishi 10g, Xiangfu 10g, Shichangpu 10g & Yujin 10g; Best regards,
