Guest guest
Hi Wally & All, > I recently ordered a bottle of KPC Ge Gen (Chai)- Puerariae Lobatae > Radix by mistake (KPC item # 8251, rather than Ge Gen - Puerariae > Radix (KPC item #8250). Can anyone tell me any difference as far as > functions/properties go? Thanks, Wally My notes suggest that Gegen & Chaigegen are the same. Would experts please comment? Gegen (Pueraria Rx, Kudzu Vine Rx) (Puerariae Lobatae / Matsumura / Thomsonii / Pseudohirsua Rx) has several pseudonyms, including: Chaigegen; Yegegen; Gange; Fenge; Fengegen / Gangeteng (Rx Puerariae Thomsonii); There is a very detailed monograph on Gegen in Chinese. See the (poor) Google Translation at http://tinyurl.com/38ksdv Copy that into Wenlin to get a better translation. Best regards,
