optic neuritis MS

Hello everyone,

 

I am treating an MS patient, female, 39yo. She used to have severe diarrhea,

tenesmus and dysuria. We were able to manage those with herbs and

acupuncture.

 

Recently she had a relapse which affected her left eye, leaving her with

cloudy vision in the lower left quadrant of her left eye.

 

Does anyone have any experience treating this? I do have experience treating

eye problems with acupuncture, but I think that we have to control her

exacerbation of MS in order to get a recovery?

 

Anyone with herbal experience in treating a case like this? She has very

strong symptoms of Damp-Heat.
