Guest guest
Bill Schoenbart has recently brought to my attention all of the typos in the most recent edition of Blue Poppy Press' Statements of Fact. In looking into these, it has become apparent that our production manager (under some personal stress at the time) sent the printer the wrong, unproofread, and uncorrected file. So we are trashing all remaining copies and reprinting with the correct files. Anyone who has bought a copy of this defective edition should tear the cover off and send it back to Blue Poppy along with your name and address and we will send you a new, correct, replacement copy as soon as they are printed. This offer is to anyone who bought this edition, whether directly from Blue Poppy or from another distributor or retailer. However, all requests for the new edition must be accompanied by the front cover of the book. Sorry about this. Bob Flaws

Guest guest
" Which edition or printing is this? " Third edition, August 2007 " I know this probably isn't on the table right now, but I would like to see reference citations on these statements of fact in case I wanted to track them down or use them in some other publication. " Sorry, while some of the sources we used gave citations, others did not. Therefore, since we could not give citations for all, we gave none. Because these statements are so famous, Chinese often see no need to reference them. In fact, citation as a scholarly tool has never been a strong suit in China.
