Guest guest
I was taught to use Ling Xiao Hua in combination with Ji Guan Hua. Mazin tends to use these two always as a pair. Ji Guan Hua clears heat from the blood and stops bleeding. I use them together when there is obvious blood heat symptoms like: acne that is worse pre-menstrually, pre-mentrual bleeding, the chronic erythema of rosacea, ect.
