Guest guest
" Sloppy " in that these meds are not " patented " as John pointed out and that they should not be seen as the equivalent of 19th century snake-oil. However, I was actually referring to our profession's general use of sloppy language and it's refusal to adopt a more etymologically accurate professional terminology. As a teacher, I find the degree of my students' understanding of the technical fine points of clinical practice is well reflected by the words they choose to express themselves. Sloppy words = sloppy thinking = sloppy CM practice. I see this weekend after weekend, city to city, and country to country. Bob
