Guest guest
Thomas, I am glad you dodged the earthquake. Do you have any information for us on the effect of the earthquake on herb availability for the coming years? I understand that lots of dang gui, gou qi zi, astragalus, scute, tian qi and dang shen was lost, or at least can't be obtained due to road damage. Do you have any better information? -- Karen Vaughan, MSTOM Licensed Acupuncturist, and Herbalist 253 Garfield Place Brooklyn, NY 11215 (718) 622-6755 Co-Conspirator to Make the World A Better Place: Visit http://www.heroicstories.com/ and join the conspiracy See my Acupuncture and Herbalism website at:http://www.byregion.net/profiles/ksvaughan2.html " When you are in doubt, be still, and wait. Guest guest
Hi Karen and All, I'm afraid I don't have any information about herb availability. The news is full of earthquake news and yesterday the entire country came to a halt at 2:28pm to honor the victims of the disaster. It would appear from Chinese television that the government is " johnny on the spot " and people seem to be coming together to donate money, blood, etc in an effort to help. But I am in Beijing....so I really have no idea what is happening.
