Guest guest
Sean, Did you ask when the onset of difficulties around orgasm began? There are many life changing events listed...drug period/recovery, grad school, pregnancy and childbirth, marriage. This is a lot to juggle. Was she also working through all of this? It appears that she tends to live life in the fast lane whether through substance abuse or high performance/accomplishment. Like an addiction. Even the perfection in her current lifestyle is not easy to sustain especially with raising a baby. Though her marriage may be happy, sexual relations involve a giving of qi which she really just may not have, thus leading to the s/s that she experiences. I would suggest looking at Leon Hammer's book " Dragon Rises and Red Bird Flies " . He takes a 5-phase approach to psychology and Chinese medicine. It's a pretty easy to read resource. Guest guest
thank you Kim, I'll check out that book, and get more specific information about when exactly she first started having sx associated with orgasm. I do know that it preceded pregnancy. sean , ka wald <waldka wrote: > > Sean, > > Did you ask when the onset of difficulties around orgasm began? Guest guest
Refer this woman to a fully-credentialed psychotherapist who specializes in sexual trauma. Then hit the internet and read up on the effects of sexual trauma on kids and teens - i.e. interpersonal and intraindividual dynamics engendered and DSM IV R diagnoses. Also read up on the psychology terms transference and acting out conflict. Then refer this patient to a female acupuncturist to get yourself out of the perfect storm of human tragedy that's about to play itself out on your malpractice insurance.
