Guest guest
Hi Pamela, I know I have been saying this a lot lately, just has been my favorite book lately. Anyway in Lorraine Wilcox's book " Moxibustion: The Power of Mugwort Fire " on page 125, there is a passage from the Zhen Quan on the topical use of Zao Jiao. It says " Breaks hard concretions .... Decoct it to make a paste, smear it on cloth, and apply it to all swelling and pain. " There are also some other indications for Zao Jiao noted on the same page. Hope that helps. Sincerely, L.Ac.
