taoclinic

I have recently purchased the taoclinic software for keeping track of

patient records etc. Although I enjoy the program, I personally am having

two specific issues, and am curious if other have experienced them:

 

 

 

1) Taoclinic will suddenly shutdown / close in the middle of working on

something.

 

2) Occasionally taoclinic will freeze the computer for 1-2 minutes.

 

 

 

The company (taomedic) says that no one else has complained of this problem

and this is unique to my computer; this could easily be true. However it is

a brand-new Sony Viao with VISTA. Of course Vista has been known to have

various bugs, taomedic says this should not be an issue. However I have the

program on another computer (with XP) and there is no such program.

 

The reason I am posting is to see if anyone else that is using this program

is experiencing similar issues. If so, could you please contact me, or

contact taomedicic and let them know.
